If you have an inexpensive or older CD player with a digital output, the music coming out of your player may be dramatically improved by simply connecting it to the Beresford TC-7520 DAC by either:
- Digital Coaxial - standard 75 Ohm digital coax cable
- Digital Optical - standard TOSLINK cable
For analog outputs:
- Line (Fixed) - 2-channel stereo receiver or home theater receiver which controls volume
- Amp (Variable) - power amplifier or powered speakers, TC-7520 controls volume
- Headphone Jack - headphones with 1/4" jack, TC-7520 controls volume
Note: the Line and Amp connections are usually handled by standard analog (Red-Right, White-Left) interconnect cables
