I am hearing an audible "pop" when my TC-7520 is powered on or when switching between formats. - The TC-7520 has an automatic reset feature that may cause an audible “pop” during system start-up. The automatic reset feature gets triggered when the TC-7520 is searching for the correct data format and frequency of the incoming signal. The "pop" can also occur when switching between an input that is playing one data format, to an input that is playing a different data format. If you are hearing this “pop”, it is recommended that you either turn down the volume upon start-up or refrain from putting on headphone until after the system has started up. You may also wish to simply leave your TC-7520 powered on at all times.
Is there a "burn-in" period required for the TC-7520? - Many users report that the sound output develops in quality after a few tens of hours of use. The TC-7520 may be left powered on and playing a music stream with the volume turned down for a few days to form your own view.

When will it be shipped? - Usually within 2 business days from receipt of your order unless we are out of stock. The PayPal cart should not allow "Out of Stock" items to be ordered. If for some reason you do order an "Out of Stock" item, then we will contact you to discuss options such as a refund.
What if I live outside of the USA and Canada? - We will ship to countries outside of the USA and Canada unless there is a Beresford distributor already handling your country. Please see the list of Beresford Worldwide Distributors. For shipments outside of the USA and Canada, free shipping is not include with your purchase.
How much is shipping? - Shipping is free to USA and Canada addresses for orders totaling $279 and higher. This covers all orders including a TC-7520. For orders less than $279 (e.g. cables only), then the shipping charges are $5 per order to USA and $11 per order for Canada. For orders outside of USA and Canada, shipping is $20 for orders under $279 and $30 for orders over $279.
Are there any taxes? - Sales tax is only required for Colorado residents.
Where is the TC-7520 manufactured? - Taiwan
Do you handle the Beresford TC-7510? - We currently do not handle the TC-7510 model.
What is the warranty period? - One year from date of purchase. Only parts and labor are included, not shipping costs.
What if I need to return my TC-7520 for warranty or repairs? - Goods for repair must be shipped to Beresford North America in Denver, Colorado prepaid and preferably in their original shipping carton.
